My application for DeviantCrossing. uvu Break from college work, much needed. On with commissions in a day or so's time. Not quite out of the woods with college yet. =v=;

Personality:
- A super chill guy, Jacob is quite a social butterfly. He easily makes small talk and friends with new people he meets, and is really easy to get along with due to being a total lover-not-a-fighter behaviour.
- He's laid-back, friendly, kind, helping, knowledgeable and has a love for star gazing.
- He prefers being out really late at night so he can stroll in the quiet and dark and watch the stars, think deep thoughts about life and all that, but that's not to say he doesn't adore company with friends. Problem is in the dark, his fur makes him hard to spot sometimes! His vibrant eyes normally give him away though.
- He has a passion for life and believes everyone should just do what makes them happy, no matter if what makes them happy is big or small, adventurous or not.
- He likes the concept of Buddhism, but considers himself agnostic.
- He'll never argue, he'll just meet you half way or agree to disagree.
- He digs all kinds of food and drink, but anything with cinnamon is a way to his heart for sure.
- Become his friend and there's a 90% chance he'll hug you a lot
- He loves any kind of hobby, be it shopping for clothes with his friends or baking or fixing up cars, he'll be up for it.
- He's kind of a big cuddly cat really. He never gets mad. If he upsets you he'll grovel like there's no tomorrow, apologising till the sun goes down.
- He's lazy and laid-back, but he always meets deadlines, if not earlier. Ask him to meet somewhere, and he'll usually be the first one there.

History:
Jacob is the second youngest child of the family, having two older siblings, brother Francis (25) and sister Jemima (24), and a younger sister, Isabelle (18). His mum and dad are very loving of all their children equally, but though they won't admit it, they have a weak spot for Jacob and Isabelle.
His father is the founder of a cereal company back in their old town, called Cinnacurls. It's not an incredibly popular brand, but it's still high on demand, giving them enough of a good income that his mum doesn't have to work, but does voluntary work at the local museum during the week. The cereal was based around Jacob's love for cinnamon, hence his quote. He still loves the cereal to this day, and with an unlimited access to it, it's always his breakfast meal.
His mother took up an interest in astronomy, and learnt and then taught Jacob and Isabelle how to stargaze and read constellations. It grew to be one of his favourite hobbies.
His lifestyle was very peaceful; all his family are hard workers and life lovers and so was he. They've only faced a few tragedies during their time.
The biggest one to date was the death of Francis, Jacob's older brother. Just turning 25 a few months before, he'd finally gathered up all his savings and was leaving home to start his life in a new town. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, and during his taxi drive in the rain, they slipped in a pothole and curved off the road, crashing near the bottom of a hillside.
Their family grieved greatly, and two years later, Jacob decided to start his own life and leave past troubles behind. He still keeps in touch with his mum, dad and sisters frequently, sometimes visiting his home town to see how they are. Even after going through that, he's still the happy go lucky guy he is. Though, he's not a big fan of driving in bad weather at all, and made sure to take a train journey to his new life in Hemlock town.

Written bit about his travel (Mini RP):

It must have been midday when he woke up in his train carriage. He'd been travelling for a few hours now, waiting to hit his new town, what was it? Hemlock town. Yeah, that was the one. The panther shuffled up in his seat and stretched, a large yawn given as he scrambled for his map lazily with his left paw, picking it up and looking at the town he was meant to be moving into. He had a big red mark placed on the map for where he planned to live, and little scribblings and notes surrounding different areas so he remembered what was what.
It looked pretty big compared to his old little town he lived in. He wasn't sure how the new move was gonna turn out, or what the people were like there, or maybe if they had weird laws like no mac N cheese on a thursday. But he didn't worry himself too much over it. Just one step at a time, that was how to do it.
He glanced up over his map, noticing another figure in the carriage who caught his eye, and they shared a friendly smile. A few minutes later and the figure seated a few rows away approached quietly and politely asked, "Oh! Excuse me, I have a quick question for you."
The panther gave a nod, letting him continue.
"It's now 12:24 p.m. on May 20th, 2014, right?"
He checked his own watch before replying to the stranger, "Yep, that's what it says on mine!"
"Thanks! It seems I forgot to set my watch this morning! I'm just gonna plop down in the seat across from you. If you don't mind of course!"
"Not at all, I love the company really."
"By the way, you... hold it! Can I ask your name?"
"Of course," The panther gave a smile and continued, "It's Jacob."</sub>
